what do you guys think about this variable speed 80 mm fan (has knob to adjust speed built in) it looks pretty quite even with highest speed setting.
I think you can mount it the same way as panaflow if you remove the grill. also it has a 3 pin connector so that you can monitor your an speed via mother board monitor .
