845G + 3D card for Duel Head?

Recently I got stuck with an old computer at work with the 810 chip set. Which sucks. But one thing I noticed was that if I pluged a monitor into both the onboard video and into the PCI video card. I could do duel head. I have always wanted a duel head system and the 845G already has some features that you can only get with the G chip set. So has anyone tried using both a 3D card in the AGP slot, and the intergrated video at the same time on any 845G chipsets?

Thats great if you want the same thing on both screens but what if you want 2 different images on each display?

Probably won't work as the onboard video will automatically be disabled if there's an AGP video card detected. I say probably because there might be a switch in the BIOS, but unlikely (haven't checked). Your best bet would just get a PCI card or an AGP card with dual head built in.

No I dont want the same thing. I want a duel head system. On my i810 system at work with a PCI Geforce 4 MX I have a monitor hooked to both. And it allows me to have twice as big a desktop and use the main display to do all my big 3D work and the integrated window for simple web browsing.

The diffrence here is that in the 845G there is an AGP port and the intergrated video is effecticly an AGP card. So there might be a conflict.

There must be someone out there with a 845G and a 3D card in the AGP slot and an old monitor lying around. Any way I could convince one of you to try this setup and see if it works?
