84yr old butsted in reverse prostitution sting

Our chief of police has to be the most determined in the country in doing prostitution stings, this time they reeled in a poor old 84yr old dude, for the love of god it might be his last time, money is legal, sex is legal, so why is sex for money illegal?, the second pic is of a guy posing as a woman caught up in one of the recent "stings". A LOL part of this was how one of them wanted to pay for his "service,.."DAYTONA BEACH — Police conducted a reverse prostitution operation that resulted in the arrest of 10 men, including one who thought he could pay for sexual services with a salad, Daytona Beach police said."

Paying with a salad can't possibly be illegal. If I buy a girl dinner and she has sex with me, have we made an illegal transaction? To solicit something is simply to ask for it, in return for something else. If I were to ask a cop for sex, in exchange for the good feeling of helping a fellow citizen get off, I have solicited.

Really though, who cares what his age is? I agree that prostitution is a silly thing to have illegal, and so highly enforced, but it is still against the law. He broke the law, regardless of his age.

He must do "business" in the darkest street in the hood LOL, bad enough your paying for it, but that's what one gets for the $$?, yikes. They post pics of the "Johns" every time they do these stings, usually 2X a month, it's just ugly men who can't get any, then they patrol Craigslist/backdoor like a hawk as well. Just legalize it and make all involved get a license, an STD test and call it a day. They don't call it "the oldest profession" for nothing..

No, he wasn't a "bait" bitch, he was busted a few days before when the went after the hookers, he was selling, who the F would buy that is beyond me. Usually on a reverse sting they take a decent looking female cop and plant her downtown then let the "johns" come rolling in, "oh boy! fresh meat!" another waste of taxpayer dollars as these vicious people who just wanted a little bit got thrown in jail..

My post was a joke, and if I knew how to use photoshop, would have 'shopped a uniform on the guy. What you are describing to me just sounds like a regular prostitution sting, or is that the one when they have cops pretend to be johns?

Either way, this is a bunch of crap. I can see the point of wanting to protect people from being forced into prostitution, but it seems like it would be easier to do that by having a regulated industry. It's too bad that, to this day, religion shapes legislation.
