Just use your 850 EVO as if it were a classic hard disk and forget about it. We're long past the time where NAND wear is a matter of concern (for desktop use).

On Samsung SSDs the normalized value ("Current" from CrystalDiskInfo as in the previously posted screenshot) shows wear as a percentage, while the raw value as the number of P/E cycles performed on average on all NAND blocks.
