Yup... compared to Romney, Trump's support among generals just doesn't measure up. This proves that once again, Trump comes up short. It's not surprising that the bigoted billionaire has so little support among retired generals.

This explains why Trump is the guy for people with small minds.

Trump is down a whopping 10 points on military support at this time in the election compared to Romney and McCain at the same time in 2012 and 2008. This is pretty shocking, considering that the military pull for the Republican candidate is a really reliable voter block.

Interesting, so that's pretty reflective of her actual lead in the actual polls in the actual campaign. I like how things run parallel like this. Also, it's just another factor that she is winning over trump. But this is actually a huge turnaround that is more evidenced from simply looking at this direct comparison. Military support historically leans very republican when it comes to presidential candidates. See my post above, where the current military polling shows that Trump's support has eroded a staggering 10 points from the rather consistent republican advantage with every presidential campaign cycle.

That's freaking huge. Any military leader with any wits about them understand that Trump is wholly incompetent to lead the armed forces.
