WhAt a difference a point makes. I snuck out a 0.7 point victory last week after getting just enough from mega and Reggie on mnf. Had vi gotten an extra point somewhere last week, it would be him hoisting the championship trophy this week.

The crappy part of that is that I *had* Wilson in as QB about 30 minutes before kickoff last week. Had 2nd thoughts on how good he'd be and replaced him with Big Ben. If I had left Wilson in I would have been in.

Damn. Oh well. At least got my entry fee back again.

That's two years in a row now I lost in the semifinals, went on to play for third and ended up scoring enough points in that game to beat either team that played for the championship games.

A benjamin is a good price. High enough that the payout is pleasantly plump and the managers stay engaged, but not so high that I hate myself if I don't get any back.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, the last few years of the AT league have been one of the most competitive and interesting leagues I've ever been in. Also helps that we have a Boss of a commish.

Welcome back man! Glad you're up for being commissioner for another year. I'm fine with $100 for the primary buy-in. If a subset want to go more we could always run the league as two divisions with the second division having it's own separate payout for its winner. I'll gladly lose whatever amount we decide on.
