9 case fans need to give full power to

i obviosly need some sort of multi plug to plug in all 9 fans but problems iv had in the past is the fans not getting full power. what should i use to give top speed to multiple fans any suggestions? both simple solutions and maybe even a speed controller but simple suggestions is fine to have a z370 8700k system

You can get a 6 fan hub like this one, and maybe run 3 fans off of your motherboard's headers?

i can vouch for the silverstone as long as your using the standard 25mm thickness fans. So thats basically any fan until you get into server grade high velocity fans.

If your throwing 38mm .52amp sanyo denki san aces, well, your gonna need something a lot more beefier as it would mean your fans alone are pulling 55Watts just on the fans, then that means good luck.

When I re-did my custom loop, I was looking for smarter ways to power and PWM the fans instead of relying on direct MB header splitters.

I ended up getting some of these and splitting fans up into banks.

You can use an external power cable like this to run the PWM signal from a MB header and plug in power 100% directly from the power supply.

I would split your 9 fans into two banks and drive them off two of these to make sure youre not drawing too much current through a single molex cable. It also reduces load on your MB's power circuits to not power all those fans through its headers.

Note: These are not the specific items I suggest, they are simply examples and what I purchased for myself. You can find a few variants of these from different brands.
