9 Volt batteries 12 cents each, C batteries 10 cents

Was actually gonna go for this... not that I need to change the battery in my smoke detector every day, but use a lot of these ( and have friends who can use them too) -
but UPS Ground $24.48 to East Coast kills it (not that .20 each with shipping is a bad deal, just not ready to tie up sixty bucks in batteries right now)
