got them today, they were memorex 30-packs, 48x rated 700MB. Rang up as 2.65 each. Whole big stack of em left too

i don't know about you guys, but if i have anything important to backup i back it up on 3 dif hard drives on 3 dif systems.
and aren't cdr's supposed to be good for at least 10 years if stored properly?

And ATIP - as it turns out these are prodisks which are supposed to be pretty decent for noname, at least much better than CMC, although as with every cheap media the quality may vary. I'll use them for pr0n and family photos...
