I bought a laptop and it's got a 9200GS 512mb in it...but the problem is I can't even find out anything about this gpu other than it's listed on Nvidia's website...the only info i can find when I can find any at all mentions a 256mb version.
Anyone who's savvy with gpu's know where I can find a comparison for this card's performance with either desktop or laptop gpu's? This thing isn't listed anywhere. I used to have an 8800gt in the rig in sig but i'm living in Italy now and I didn't take it with me. Obviously this thing isn't going to compete with that but i'd like to know what my gaming limits are before I go rack up a bunch of purchases.
Thanks for your help guys,
John II
oh, the laptop is a samsung r510, but if you look for a review for it (again if you can find one) it says it only has integrated graphics, which obviously this model doesn't. There were three models, this is the higher of them, has a 7350 C2D 2.0ghz, 4ghz ram, 250gig HD...if you need a reference or anything.
