96 cd folder 6.99!

This has gotta be a be price mistake or something at circuit city.

I just picked up a cd folder for 6.99 at circuit city in Glendale CA. They're pill shaped things, and they came in silver, baby blue and purple. I got the last silver.

YMMV cause I saw the 64 was priced at 11.99.

Actually, according to the Circuit City website, it's the "Motion System" brand not "CD Project"
$6.99 for 96 capacity, $4.99 for 64 capacity.

They also have the Case Logic 32 Capacity CD Wallet Brand/Model: CLC CDXC32 on sale for $3.71

Yea, I looked at the website, it looks like the motion systems one.

YMMV the sales rep was like "No way!"

Buy it online and select pick up from the store you've selected. That way, they can't say "no way" to anything, for you have already bought it, and you're just "picking it up" at the store. For NYC, it's still in stock for the 96 capacity at the 86th st store, while the Union Square store has the 64 capacity

i went and picked one up...it was really a piece of junk...wasn't even worth 7 dollars...when i went to return it, i found that 64 cd folder by case logic was on sale for $4.47...picked up 2 of those instead...

It's not so bad afterall, since I use it to put all my *ahem* backups, and *ahem* dvds.
I just needed a place to keep them relatively safe and organized. It's better than the really cheap ones I got in HK, which costs about as much, but flimsier.
