9700 Pro a few questions.

When I go into the device manager/display adapters, It shows 2 9700 PRO cards. When I uninstall the secondary and reboot, it reinstalls itself.

Another thing is that the card is an AGP card but under properties/location, it says Location: PCI bus 3

One more thing, I have an ASUS A7N8X- Deluxe motherboard. In the BIOS it has a setting for VGA adapter, Either PCI or AGP, It should be set at AGP right?

Just wondering if this sounds correct and if these things would cause a perfromance hit.

The 9700 Pro can run 2 monitors and is detected as 2 video cards, the one without a monitor on it will always be detected as a secondary. Nothing you can do will get rid of it in display properties.

You can disable the "2nd" card.
