98 infiniti i30

The engine in that car has been rated as one of the best engines produced; longer than any other engine in Ward's Automotive history. Great car for someone, but as we know, most of the people on Anandtech are not yet old enough to drive, so a posting somewhere else may give better results.

I am not slamming the engine, but You do realize that there are other engines which are also equally good and also have been on the Ward's Auto list for a long time right ?
While the engine is good, tell me what does a I30 offer over the regular Maxima? Nothing, except a tag and some extra chrome strips. So IMO, it's not a great buy. The Max would however be a better buy....
