Make sure you get two sticks of 256 MB ram for the total of 512MB. This is so you can take advantage of the board's dual-channel DDR which requires that you use two seperate sticks of RAM.
If you're a gamer you should try to save money on some other parts so you can bump that 9500 Pro up to a much more powerful 9700 Pro. You could use a 1700+ Tbred (overclocks really well, I have one) instead of the 2400+ and save there. And do you really need 160 Gigs of space? Also, googlegear.com had cheaper prices on the CPU, RAM, and Video card than newegg when I bought my PC a couple weeks ago so I bought those parts there to save money.
