I have a 2002 Dodge Neon with 62,000 miles on it. The transmission is leaking. I took it to the shop on 12/26/2008. It looked fixed... weeks later, I see tranny fluid on the driveway from my car. I bring it to them again (90 Day warranty) and they say one of the seals they replaced needed to be replaced again. So it's in the shop for 2 more days. I look today and transmission fluid is still leaking. I'm getting a bit pissed at this point. Should I ask them for my money back? These guys are supposed to be good at least from people I talked to. Maybe my car is just a piece of crap. I paid them 450 bucks to fix my leaks.

According to them they pulled the tranny and replaced all the seals.

Where is the leak? There could be many mechanical reasons for a leak and no new seal will fix it (scratched input/output shaft/warped oil pan/etc.) I would take it back and let them know it is still leaking and go from there, as long as they are willing to fix it. How does your tranny start leaking after just 60,000 miles that is just nuts.

Its a Dodge Neon

OP, just keep taking it back, you paid them for the service, let them keep fixing it.

I have found that one source of hard to fix leaks in modern transmissions in where the electronics enter the case. I had one that I simply could not get any parts to fix so my only choice was to use plenty of silicone. Not something I would usually do but it stopped the leak and has held for several years.

I took it to them today and they told me to bring it again Sunday night. The guy said he put a new $200 new solenoid? The car is defiantly leaking worse then before I took it in....

Whoever's "working" on your car is a HERMAN and doesn't know what he's doing, period! Take it back and tell them that you're not paying more to have the leak fixed again. Obviously, they never fixed the original problem. Be sure to tell them to test drive the car and check it for leaks BEFORE calling you to come get it.

The solenoid packs are prone to leak on those...on all the 40TE and 41TE transes actualy..so he is probably telling you the truth on that one.....other than that, I see very few leaks..there is the occasional trans line, but that's not the norm.

I would bet it was the solenoid all along.....

They misdiagnosed the original problem rather than 1) degrease, 2) run and/or drive, see exactly where the fluid is leaking from. You shouldn't have to pay extra because they just assumed it needed a gasket, seal or two. The car was brought in for "fluid leak" and they charged $$ to fix that, not just part of that problem.
