Well we've been steadily closing in on the FreeDC team and they've finally become aware of our presence and are fighting back. If a few users could kick over a little extra firepower to ensure passing them by the end of the year we'd be greatfull.

How to install multiple clients as a service

One Quad core can produce a little over 1T per day, and we're down by a mere 177T at this point.

From the comments in that thread, they are a great team. It will be interesting to see if they can rise to the challenge. I love a neck and neck race, down to the wire, everyone giving it all they can. Far more fun than an overwhelming route.

Well, we are already attacking on multiple fronts.
There is SoB, Enigma and the Folding race.
Not bad for just a bunch of people, scattered around the world only bound together by the TA-forum.

We are beating them up pretty bad today, by about 15T. But 10 of that is a dump by TallBill. Our daily averages are looking pretty good still.

But, we can use all the power we can get. We don't need to let them get up off the mat...

I just started 4 copies going on my WinXP64 FX-60 @2.9GHz. I've never run SoB before, so I don't know what I will contribute, but I will try to keep it going to the end of Dec.

I'm running on 2 comps, both with P4 3.0 HT so 2 instances per comp & i average around 400G/day.
They are running double checks ATM(what SOB calls "second pass") the scoring is a little lower than running new tests.
The last prime found was a second pass though, about 2 months ago.

33661?2^7031232+1 is prime! The double checking effort uncovered this new prime showing once again why it is so important to conduct these re-testing efforts. Most re-tests conclusively verify the original result but if the first test had even a single memory error during the computation, there's a chance a prime could have been missed. That's what likely happened here.

So there is plenty of time to get through one wu in time.

According to your personal stats on Free-DC within the next 10 days you will have climbed from spot 4272 to ~3700, so that is a pretty steep climb. I would say that's good. Keep it going.

just did my last dump of 80 results for DPAD and now its time to install SoB on my main rig - no more DPAD for at least 2 weeks...

is there anyway to remove the icon at the bottom of the screen? I might be able to install it on a few more at work if that is the case
