A+ Certification Renewal?

I've had my A+ Cert for a while long and have heard Comptia released a new A+ Certification Test. Since I moved I no longer get newsletters from Comptia. I was wondering if any other A+ certified people here know if we need to renew our certificates? I got my cert in 98 or 99.

Once you're A+, you're A+ for life.

yeah i can't find anything either...i'm pretty sure its permanent though...even though that seems kind of stupid. If thats the case though i'm sure they will change it within a few years.

Once you have it you have it.

They have changed the couse a bit.
But all A+ is still recogonized.

hey, just a question...
is the A+ cert card suppose to be just a few pieces of paper glued together ? cuz mine is and its kinda messed up in a corner when i was peeling it off of the paper...

i like my CCNA card better, its plastiky-flied(sp?) already...

i'm gonna study CCNP this summer, anyone know what equipment i should be studying on ?
