The ECS K7S5A is very picky about RAM and power supplies. I've seen the Soyo case and the power supply is pretty light weight (translation, few capacitors, I understand, lousy), and while the T-bred CPU goobles quite a bit less power than the Palomino Athlons, I think with that motherboard you are probably still asking for trouble. But I may get the deal anyway and just buy a SPI power supply and keep the Soyo PS as a reserve.
