What if racism were a genetic trait, and thus despising racists was racism in itself? Then you'd also be self loathing, since you must have the gene too...

"confused" is correct.

It's a witty little post, but it fails on several levels:

1. Racism is not defined by a single genetic trait. Racial groups are defined by a collection of genetic traits.

2. How could hating something be a gene?

3. Technically, I said that I hated racist asshats. To qualify for my hatred, you have to be both racist AND an asshat. So I guess I escape on a technicality there.

Yes, that's a good idea. Unfortunately, my daughter would now be motherless, because you would have just shot my wife.
