There's no "yours or mine". They didn't sell it to you, but it isn't yours. You are currently driving it.
You may end up getting another car, at which point you will NOT sell the current car, you will return it to the family.
"Passed down" car, so to speak.

You drive it for the next 15k miles.
There is a major service at 90k miles.
Who pays the cost of the service?
Edit: I'm already paying for it you fucknuts. It's a fucking question. Sand in the vag, no?

I'm not rich. I've got student loans that would be a nice down payment on a home.
Your high horse isn't the only ass around here.

Define major service. If it was an underlying issue the previous owner caused, such as accidental damage that was not disclosed it may be nice if they owned up.
EDIT However in 99% of cases I can not see any scenerio in which the current owner, which I assume is you would be responsible for the repair.

I can imagine what happened here.
Parent's car, so they drove it for 50k, gave it to oldest son for 2 years, he drove it to 75k, then gave it to brother. OP will pay for major service, proved that hydro has been smoking too much herb, and wins 10^10 battle points
