He's talking about overclocking a 2.6GHz Northwood to 3.114GHz and needing to seal the case and fill it with mineral oil in order to keep it cool. In order to work on the PC, he'll have to "un-seal it" and work on it, then re-seal it after filling it with mineral oil again. His "friend" in the Navy knows all and tells him all. If he doesn't go with mineral oil, he'll get freon.
That sh|t apparently is expensive...
Apparently his case will weigh 75lbs when finished.
