A good story about 3DFuzion aka BFG

So i bought a 3dfuzion 7600 gs for 58$ from newegg.

Upon installing in as soon as it was in my system... ramdom lock-ups .

I try everything from drivers to reformat to bigger psu , nothing works.

So i decide to call 3dfuzion tech support , right away i love this company.

They take my call after like 30 seconds on hold then the guy spoke ENGLISH.

He ran through all the things that could be wrong very soon he figures out that i have

done all

this to no avail. So he sais lets just rma it and get a new card.He explains that 48 hours

after they get my old card they will send my new one. I sent them there old card back on

friday and my new card arrived on tuesday. Thats freakin fantastic ... they dident wait.

Also they dident send me back the same card. I sent them a 3dfuzions 7600gs they sent

me a bfg 7600gsoc . Im impressed. I got my old card to run long enough to run

3dmark2003 a couple time. Old card got 9k new card got 10k. Also the old card was LOUD

the new one is quiet as heck.

so there you go a good story about a vid card company my next card will come from

3dfuzion aka bfg

Its nice to hear that some companies still have it together in support. eVGA was very good to me a few years back with a DOA card, I hope they still are.

I needed a 600+ watt Power supply in a hurry awhile back & the only model available locally was the BFG 650 watt'er ... e-mailed them with a couple questions & they got back to me in less the a half-hour! (I was shocked!)
The power supply itself may not be the best around, but if I need support or warranty service its nice to know they will be there.
