Run an advanced search with general hardware and video selected and search for TV. Any thread with over 10 posts will have lots of good information and experiences, along with bad ones of course.
The most popular seems to be the Leadtek Winfast 2000XP for newer systems running Win2K or WinXP. I personally have the TV 880, which is also "optimized" (meaning the mfg actually took the time to make some decent drivers) for WinXP and Win2k. People have good experiences with both, and it really boils down to software, features, and price. I think the Asus is a bit more robust in features and software, but it carries a $20 premium. The 2000XP has a nice FM tuner though.
Of course there are also the ATI AIW's, which are also excellent if you are in the market for a new video card as well.
