You should've checked out the reviews for the 5800Ultra. When the card was still not available. Don't know how they review something they haven't gotten.
THe P4EE one is funny also since I doubt they all went and bought that expensive thing.

A lot of the very prominent hardware review sites get samples sent to them by the manufacturers (some would say in return for a positive review, even if the product sucks). They also occasionally get engineering samples, which are the product being worked on before official final spec. I've worked with many such samples in R&D at Dell.

Awesome! Do you know if Intel chips really have x86-64 built in? I won't blame you if you can't say since Dell probably has policies on that sort of stuff.
