sorry, I wasn't driving on highway. it was a parkway. I have never seen anyone got a ticket for driving under the speed limit.

there was one night that we got snow, everyone was driving around 20mph or less on that road. I was going 30-40 like I normally do. yes, I got totally whiteout.

When mister "somebody honked me" was only going a max of 10mph under when the general flow is only going 40-45...that is not unsafe.
