I'm getting right about 2min per WU on all of mine (windows), how do they run on Linux? I get 80k-120k a day out of each one, not sure why so variable unless it's a lack of WU's.

~129 seconds per WU on my 4850.

No change - yet! But the difference between #7 and #6 has dropped ny 2 166 999 points. . We may pass them in 5 days or less. #5 is producing slightly more than we are. The difference between #4 and us has decreased by 1 318 066 points, which may indicate, that we could surpass them if and only if we increase our production by at least 20% more ... and that would probably add 4 more points.

The production stats:

The difference between the top-3 producers is less than 30K credits/day. We may surpass them ...

The Total Formula-BOINC standing:

We have lost 3 points somewhere - I have not checked where ...

And finally: the Formula-BOINC EDGeS-numbers:

Increasing the lead - that is good since we will change project in less than two weeks ...

Ok well I've stopped Einstein getting new tasks & allowed MW to get some, so I'll be in soon for MW at least . I just hope the fan doesn't rev up & down again on MW (I could fix fan speed but I'm not keen on doing that) .........

I think Gerasim is where we lost the two points.

Mark you could run GPU-Z and record your maximum fan speed, then manually set the fixed fan % a bit higher than that for safety.

I was hoping Gary could race with us, but I remember he has to be cautious with his bandwidth I think.

Yea true, I think I have done that before, I'm a bit paranoid though that for some obscure it will 1 day need a bit extra speed & then over heat because it can't then speed up!
TBH it probably needs de-dusting, that would help temps!

finally stabilized my 1090T with the HD4850 and I now have both of my GTX980s on MW.

The diffeence between us (#7) and #5 has dropped to 16M (-2 364 243 Points).
The difference between us (#7) and #4 has dropped by 5 148 308 and it seems that we may not reach that position ...

Gerasim would be a good choice for points-making in Formula Boinc, but it seems to be sort of a commercial project?, one that isn't going to benefit all of humanity. I'm iffy about that one.

Leiden Classical is good, rewards/points are better than Edges, I expect we could gain upwards of 1.5-1.8 million points there, which could place us in one of the top three spots.

NFS could likewise make us rich in project points, but regarding the Formula we could only rise a few spots, the gaps between the top ten are quite large. NFS can be a challenge to run though, if you choose the best paying project (16e Lattice Sieve), you'll need 1GB RAM per thread. D:

Gerasim is also windows only so I'd be limited to 2 computers. I'd keep 2 on Edges.

Leiden Classical is a good choice. NFS is also ok with me.

Universe has been down due to task problems, so you know what that means........Universe TEST now has 8600 tasks to run.

If you're not a Universe contributor, Universe didn't go live in time to be part of the Formula BOINC, but we have points in the TEST project, so go grab some easy points for the TeAm!

Both of these can occasionally run out of WUs for varying lengths of time! I guess that's why we are in the hunt for Formula points.
