It's probably just down clocking because the benchmark is heavily GPU dependent and the CPU finishes its tasks and is waiting for the GPU. At 1080p, the GPU can chew threw the scene a lot faster and keep up with the CPU. If you want to test if the CPU is bottlenecking the GPU, this is one of the worst tests out there to try and figure that out.

No it's not thermal throttle, not sure what it is, I have custom water loop and 560, 480, 360 rad space dual D5 @IEC has one in his screen as well.

Yes I am waiting to see how Zen5 plays out. For now it runs the game I am playing without issue. Even the GTX780 ran it fine with some turned down settings, averaged 75-90ish FPS, but I have a 144hz monitor and wanted to see if I could tell a difference. The GTX780 would only allow a 100hz link over display port and 60hz on HDMI.

EDIT EDIT, quoting got messed up looking for the 4k to re add. Its gotta be this second set. IDK may have to re run but busy day today, family coming in from out of town, 2 weddings between today and Saturday.
