Your targeting a very small customer base, and those nerds who have money to spend will already have their own systems.
There is almost zero demand for gaming cafes except for places where people don't otherwise have access to computers. Even then, more people just want Internet access rather than wanting to actually game.
Arcades are dead because too many people game at home. Consoles are the preferred platform for anyone not a PC nerd too.
The first rule of business is to take care of your customers. A huge part of that is to give them what they want. There is almost zero demand for gaming cafes today. It's a very attractive business to want to get into if you are a gaming nerd yourself. I've thought about it, but if you draw up a realistic business plan and do your research you will quickly figure out there is not enough demand for it to work.
Maybe you could try and add gaming to a really nice NYC club of some kind. Nah, that wouldn't work either because dancing, music, sex, drugs, alcohol > gaming. There is a reason for the nerd in the basement PC gamer stereotype. I doubt you can monetize that.
