I wouldn't know, what do these "peers" you're constantly ranting about and the other voices in your head tell you about this?

It sure would be a lot easier for you if it was only "conservatives" who mocked you mercilessly. Oh well, whatever keeps you from stepping off that ledge.

Yeah a real mystery here who your peers are:

Hey now, don't go speaking for me. I don't just pity Fail, I'm also entertained by him, and as such, his posts generally bring me joy. This is basically a guy that keeps walking into a glass wall and then proclaims he's doing the public a service by demonstrating there's a wall there...and then when people say But we just go through the door, Fail screams at them they're not smart enough to see there's a glass wall there he's revealing to them.

It really is a public service to use you guys as posterkids for conservatism.

I really wonder what the world looks like from a conservative viewpoint. It must be an awful trip.

LOL, whatever I can do to provide you with my entertainment I will do. I'll drop the quarters in when I need to...

Please do more often, particularly in threads your peers are busy parroting the party line where your services are most effective.

I only have sporadic time though, I can't be here consistently. Sadly, you'll have to keep Failing without me: Just keep walking into that glass wall, with Billy Bob on the other side laughing at you, all the while yelling at anyone who'll listen how dumb Billy Bob is.

You come around enough that simply bringing up your name is usually adequate.

Hey, bring up my name as much as you like if it keeps the gold flowing. The key here is you keep providing us (most importantly: me) entertainment... LOL!

Sure, whatever you gotta tell yourself.

Well, really it's whatever you have to tell yourself , but whatever man/woman/it, I think we can both agree that the more you post your, er, wisdom (snicker), the better for both of us. Stay true to your path of forum enlightenment!

I'm sure the conservatives here agree with you.

I'm not a lawyer but I don't think it's a given that pleading guilty to a felony must be ignored if the plea deal is not accepted. We'll see when our resident lawyers weigh in. I suspect that DVC at least is very well versed on this very issue. Don't remember Woolfe's background.

When you're charged with a new offense while on probation, the court will have a hearing to determine if you committed the new offense. This is totally separate from the trial for the new offense, and you can be found guilty for violating probation even if acquitted in the trial. I don't think the Alford plea is what mattered here because technically an Alford plea is not an admission of guilt. The judge must have concluded the evidence supported a conviction even though the jury thought otherwise.
