A few teeth, a snip of skin, many hairs, lumbar disc. Upgraded with titanium staples in shoulder, 6 screws and a TRSH vertebral cage.
Also gained some shrapnel in the chest and neck. Lost my innocence, gained some knowledge and experience. Not too much worse for the wear.
