Interestingly, I still have one of my baby teeth...a "real" tooth never developed under it. But that's how I was built.

Same here (well, except for the stock, I got "snipped"). One of my molars is a baby tooth and as far as the dentist can tell it will never fall out unless it rots out (I'm 24 now).
