Hello. I have a mini-ITX system which was running smoothly so far.
ASROCK Z68M-ITX/HT mini-ITX
Intel i5 2500K a@ stock speed and voltages
2x 4GB DDR3
3x Sandisk 120GB SF-1222 based SSD's in RAID-0
Onboard graphics
This started happening yesterday. The system would do a reboot after exactly 4 minutes and then fail the RAID boot. I have to power cycle to get it to boot. I tried an overnight memtest and it worked all night no errors. I tried to run Prime95 but it didnt stay on that long. No errors are thrown, the computer simply does a reboot. While Prime95 was running, the desktop disappeared, then the Taskbar disappeared, like the systym was shutting down but then thats it. It does not show the Welcome screen with messages like logging off, shutting down, etc. My temps never went above 79C. PSU was upgraded to a 300 Watt Flex-ATX. I am baffled as to what the cause could be. I tried running Acronis to backup but same thing happened. Instead of shutting down though, it started throwing errors that it could no longer read from Sector so-so.
