So yesterday, a lady walked into work trailing her poop behind her on the sidewalk (she had corn the night before, btw) up into the store, found the womens room locked, inquired about it, continued to dribble poo everywhere, patiently waited her turn, smeared some on the seat, and then left.
Yeah, I got to clean that up.

Not-the-brightest-lady at work:*nodding and using serious voice* "Oh, he did?"

Actually paid for Motorola Mobile Phone Tools, with the cable. Ordered on Sunday, paid for 2 day shipping, got it on Thursday. Cd is defective, managed to crash the PII laptop hard enough to require a Windows repair, which reverted it to pre SP1 status, then got to do a reinstall of SP2, then the assorted 20+ updates, and reinstalling my corrupted antivirus. That takes awhile on a PII 333 with 160MB of RAM (2 days between work and sleep actually).
Did download version 1.x off teh intarweb and then the 2.x version, live updated from there to the current one.
And at least the cable works, I'll have free intarweb on the road now! (well on nights & weekends anyway)

Of course, FF doesn't handle having a LAN connection and dial-up connections on the same computer well at all. It will load the page using a LAN connection, but then ask to connect using the dial up connections for every page and refresh.
....
So, Trans Siberian Orchestra's fan club emailing program sucks. I remember it sucking last year, and it still does as none of the email addresses it should be sending tour info out to have gotten anything. Grrr....

SCIFI Friday was pretty sweet last night, especially with my new work schedule (off weekends!!). All the shows looked pretty good, even BSG didn't annoy me. Was there even a single roll in the hay last night on BSG (aka Sex in Space)?
About my only gripe with Atlantis was that shouldn't there have been a much larger cloud from the nuclear explosion, as it happened over an ocean (heat+water=steam)? And some dead fish floating to the surface.
SG-1 was alright, but they have to "restart" the show to some extent. So I'm okay with that.
New credits=suck.

I love the gun they use SG-1 and Atlantis. FN P-90. The civvy version is coming out this year-ish....only ~$1500 :shocked:
