A2DP Bluetooth help?

I received a logitech bluetooth speaker adapter for Christmas and I'm having trouble hooking it up with my pc. Evidently I need to be able to run A2DP, but I don't know how to do this. Can anyone be of assistance?

i had to install bluesoleil software as windows vista/7/8 don't have inbuilt support. (annoyingly the beta of win7 did have native support but MS removed it. grrr)

anyhoo, as long as you have bluetooth hardware and it's just the drivers that are missing? as in you can pair them but they just don't work then something like the above should work
