You wont notice the difference. Get the cheaper one. And next year, when you feel its long in the tooth speed-wise, it's overclockable extending its USEFUL life.

you will not notice any real world difference.
benchmarks will be up slightly with the 3200 in most cases, but slightly is not noticeable in most cases.
If you're not doing anything like gaming or encoding either audio or video or editing very large images, I'd go with a 2800+ even... or the 90nm 3000+ for a VERY cool running processor.
like everyone said already, you'll be better off with the cheaper cpu.
but i'd like to note that if you do have the extra 50 bucks, you better spend them on another 512MB stick of ram (ok, it's more like $70 or so). nforce4 is a dual-channel chipset, meaning it performs best with two sticks. plus, if you get to play any of the newer games having a gig of ram will be so much better.
