A7N8X Delux wont shut off

This problem has been since I installed this board
A7N8X Delux updated to the latest bios
when I exit XP via shut down system will shut down and imitetly come back on-Case fans-CPU fan and hard drives then will shut off and back on again it will continue to do this untill I pull the plug
It does not attempt to load bios or OS just pulses the fans and drives on and off
If I leave it unpluged for any extended lenth of time it will not start right up after a few min it will start the pulsing problem I have to unplug it wait a few seconds reconnect the cord and I can boot with no problems so the problem is not isolated to the OS
I have checked and recheck all the jumpers for wake on USB and wake on Keyboard also check these setting in Bios to insure they are off

Everything worked fine with my Soyo Dragon Ultra that was pulled to install this board

If it did this out of the box, I wouldn't even waste my time with it....

Since your system was sound before the swap, and you have done all you know, just RMA it.

If MoBo #2 does the same thing, then assume it is your problem or a mistake and
do the troubleshooting. With the deterioration of QC in the PC hardware industry over the last year or so,
it is not unfair to assume you got bitten.
