In the BIOS, go to the Advanced tab, then down to CPU/Memory Frequency Ratio, and hit Enter to bring up the list. Now change it to 4:5 using the arrow keys, hit Enter, and save & exit with F10 key. Keep in mind that this induces a big latency penalty and will not make a perceptible improvement in any real-world usage I'm aware of. Now if you could boost your 2200+ to the 166MHz bus and run them at a 1:1 ratio, that would be another story
