Sorry if this question is encredibly noobish, but every time i try to install the nVidia nForce4 IDE drivers on my Asus A8N SLI my computer crashes. The install works fine, i restart, than i bsod and have to hit the last know good configuration button. The generic windows IDE drivers install fine, but i fear without the nVidia IDE drivers, my WD raptor wont be taken full advantage of. Is this true? I do notice one thing, as i post, i see in a little box my SATA drive, and it says ATA133... Shouldent this read 300 or somthing for the transfer rate of SATAII? I bougt this hecka nice drive and would like to use it... (and the TCQ when its un-bugified). Is my mobo shot? Ive upgraded bios to 1003 too... Any help apreciated!!!
