I don't know why everyone rags on the OP.

If I had a regular cement driveway, cracked from old age and with grass poking through - I wouldn't care much. But if it were a nice driveway with granite bricks laid in a pattern - you bet I would be pissed. It's a bitch to clean the oil out and you are looking at replacing the portion of the driveway. That's some $$$ because of some random dickscarf who couldn't be bothered to fix a leak on his truck.

Cleaning oil stains from driveways is not that hard. I grew up in an auto mechanical and body shop. I used to do it all the time. The tow truck driver did the right thing by putting kitty litter on it. You should grind it in with your foot and let it set over night. After that, as has been said simple green will clean up any residue, if any.
