You certainly do make strides to make it obvious you feel 'above' everyone here.

There was a post in this thread that talks about loud money. You should go read it. You and the OP seem to have that in common.

"Hey guys, I have money! Look at me!"

You know what, that is the problem with our country...

too many fucking curs don't know their place in life.

If someone does have money, it's not bragging; it's stating the facts.

It makes a lot more sense the poster explaining he has a place worth living in, rather than the dregs of construction some of you are calling HOME.

Shit, only here would a stained driveway be considered OK and normal.

For the record I have a 40 year old home here, my only stains were caused by a tow truck getting my car home. I could not get whatever it was out of the concrete.

I'd be pissed too if a piece of shit tow truck leaked oil on my (hypothetical) spotless driveway. If its asphalt, they may get most of it up. Oil on unsealed concrete is forever. Incompetence runs rapid.

Stood my ground ?
Had the balls to say something to him.

Why do you assume all this? I told him that it's not acceptable to have a container of oil leak and he appologized like 20 times. And what else should I have said to him ? I already explained that he did all he could with the kitty litter... You think I should have bellyached to him there to grab some degreaser from his dealership and come back....

What I did was the right thing.. I waited till the next morning till everything was dry and to assess how it looked. It's unacceptable, so I'm gonna call AAA. Probably tomorrow, too tired from work today.

One more thing...
DICKWAD, It's my money.

Let me explain...

I borrowed from my parents, all legit and paid them back.
Maybe that makes me a silver spooner, maybe not. I worked damn hard.

Read the fucking thread you dickwad.

Keep hating too.
hahahhaaaaa! You're getting upset over Internet bs. You're pathetic.

So what if i'm gettin upset ... emotion is also considered passion. Gettin passionate about things one way or another is not a crime, it's healthy.

Never keep anything bottled in.

I'm just standing up for myself to your false assumptions.

Just realize, it's the right thing to do. Getting upset is OK. And replying with controlled passion is even more OK.

You dig ?

Know their place? Reintroducing a caste system now? The irony is you profess to want people to educate themselves, to be responsible for themselves, to do for themselves, which I could conclude bettering themselves. But according to your statement above, people belong "in their place in life", so I guess you're somewhat of a hypocrite after all. You really don't want anyone to better themselves but instead stay in "their place". Sad, really.

Guess I, too, should flaunt my "wealth", although ours isn't in cash, houses--although we have two--or cars. Land is our investment...like 5.5 acres in Welfleet, MA, on Cape Cod, two acres on Lake Marion in Santee, SC, and three acres in Georgia.

But your last statement is what is wrong with the OP. "...I could not get whatever it was out of the concrete." At least you took some initiative and tried to rectify the problem instead of crying to anyone and everyone who'll listen about a stain that any other "normal" person would just deal with and clean up. That, as far as I can discern, is the major sticking point with the OP. Not that his driveway got stained, but that he's simply overlooking the simple solution.....soap, water, and a brush.

So how much did it cost you to replace that section of concrete?

Yes, there is and should always be a 'caste' type system. You can better yourself and should definitely.

It's a big problem that the kids today and those in service oriented business simply refuse to serve.

BTW the tow truck company that stained my driveway reimbursed me for the tow due to it.

Their trucks should not be leaking crap.

1) Grow pair
2) Shut up
3) Clean stain yourself
4) Learn to install a battery yourself
5) ...
6) Profit

1) One pair is enough
2) Fuck You
3) Why should I?
4) I take out the battery out of my car every fall before I garage it for the winter and put it back every spring when I take the car out again.
5) ...?
7) PYBX, enough said.

Yet, you needed to call AAA to perform an easy five job?

You probably, didn't read the thread completely, and i don't blame you. I called them after my car didn't start and I did try jumping it. The battery had a dead cell. Before he came, I didn't know if it was the battery, some loose cable, the alternator or starter.

I hate people who leave their 2 cents without reading the thread.

Now that is a bit disturbing.
And where exactly is your place? You a pitcher or a catcher?

And this whole thread while epic seems to be much ado about nothing.
All this abuse over stained concrete?
Got to hand it to ajajaj. Took a verbal gang banging like a pro. Kudos for hanging in there.

Maybe, you should have clarified that in your OP, dumbass.

I called AAA, when my car's battery needed changing and while the AAA guy was here

You tried jumping the car and couldn't tell that the battery was dead?

ATOT hates stupid people.

You are seriously dense.

NO... I COULD NOT TELL THAT THE BATTERY WAS DEAD. I don't have X-Ray Vision to see into the 6 cells if one of them was bad.

Ever heard of loose battery cables, corrosion, issues with starter .. etc You can't jump to conclusions that the battery is dead. If you think like that in a real job and you won't climb the job ladder too quickly.

You think you're smart but you just prove to the world that you're posting nonsense.
