I smell a previously banned member. Hey OP, have you ever watched your Dad warm up his truck, at lake tahoe, IN THE WINTER?

I based this on the clues you have given us.
1. You're not very bright. Leaving your Fleshlight plugged into the 12v port on you car and killing the battery isn't too bright.

2. Needing to ask for help on an internet forum on how to act in an innocuous situation is weak and a bright person wouldn't do it.

Since you aren't bright, it's unlikely that you'd be able to secure employment at a level that would allow you to buy a house for 500k. So it must have been handed to you. You self-entitlement attitude would seem to bear this out too.

I could go on with more examples but in reality, you bore me. Your rant is weak and you don't have the fortitude to last long here.

And once again Olds wins the thread. Don't worry OP, you weren't the first and you won't be the last.

Wow, too lazy and stupid to change out a battery himself. And thinks AAA is going to do anything about his stain.

$115 for a battery? You were ripped off.

When things start going wrong with your house, repairmen will make a bundle off you.

Scrub it down with TSP and then put some more kitty litter on it.

I'm not claiming to be smart, that's why I'm asking for opinions.
Thanks for your opinion.
Our opinion is that you are not man enough to own a house/car but you feel entitled and like to whine. If you truly earned that stuff, be a man and take real ownership of your house/car. Have your other AAA gold member drive you to Costco, get your car battery, and replace the car battery. Since it's too late for that, just go to home depot and ask a guy about some driveway degreasing stuff. Use as directed and bingo, you're on your way to becoming a real home owner.

Kinda funny, now that you mention it. "This battery is, uhhh, <shifty eyes> $115. Yeah, that's the price. But I'm going to give you a special deal and sell this $75 battery, I mean $115 battery to you for only $85, because I'm giving you $30 off. <shifty eyes.>"

All this fussing over a 12 in dia oil stain on a driveway.

This does not bode well for the OP.

OK, you win Oldsmoboat.
I will stop posting in this thread.

but let me just say that i used to have a business that net me over 150 grand a year at it's height and sold it a few years ago for a nice chunk of change. I started it from scratch, did all the hiring/firing and all paperwork. I got a rock solid foundation and I admit, I did borrow money from my parents to get started, but I paid them back and take care of them even moreso now. That's what family is for.

Maybe i'm not the brightest person, but took advantage of an opportunity and was successful.

Oldsmoboat, think what you want. Bye.

C'mon now ajajaj, that's not how you play the game. Short of 4chan, you jumped into the deep end with a questionable post. ATOT has no mercy. If you're just going to take your ball and go home, why did you come to play in the first place? C'mon you've been a good sport so far, let us tease and abuse you some more.

Were you the guy who had his car towed away by his neighbor after your alarm went off repeatedly in the middle of the night? Karma is a bitch.

Taking care of it myself would be more Un-American, you're confused. I pay $130 a year for 2 premium tripleA cards. And LOL, I'm not sueing. But I will stand up for myself and have them come back and wash up the white mess from the kitty litter and maybe kitter litter it one more time. Sometimes you gotta have a backbone. I once had my wheels slightly scratched when having tires put on. I MADE THEM rechrome all my wheels for free!

To do nothing is weak. Very Weak!
To do something maybe will result in that dumbass AAA guy tightening the caps on his fluids and/or store them properly in the back of his truck.

Grow Up!
I live below my means, max out my 401k and save. Do you?

Maybe they will laugh. Then I will hang up and physically visit the dealership or closest tripleA location on my day off.

What they gonna do, call the cops if I don't leave without resolution ?

Guaranteed results. (for all you that doubt me, grow a pair)

Not a Lambo, but it cost me more than my last apartment (in new england) did. Chew on that! moron.

Seriously. LMAO.
AAA will visit you when your car won't start and change your battery if needed. And if you have an existing AAA battery, it's free replacement for under 3 years. Mine was 3 1/2 years old so i got it pro-rated (i paid $85 instead of $115). And best of all, the new battery's 3 year free replacement warranty starts again. Not bad eh?

Why get my hands greasy and waste my time when I don't have to?

Seriously, half the responses are dumb-assed/immature responses.
Anyways,

Thanks for all the helpful posts though

Most people aren't such uppity pricks as you.

Don't be a fucking douchebag and clean it up yourself, otherwise you come across a petty sniveling spoiled little fucking brat who can't stand not having his way.

The nerve of you calling other people immature. You're going to call AAA and force them to come back to your house over a fucking stain that takes 30 seconds and half a brain to remove yourself. What's next? You're going to force the neighbor to come over and spray the chalk drawings their kids did off your sidewalk? Grow the fuck up and stop being a douche.

Edit: OOOh, I'm sorry. You max out your 401k and live below your means; I wasn't aware. You're really awesome then, with your 500k home and your near-Lambo. Yeah, show AAA and be STRONG by forcing some guy to come back to your house to deal with a little stain. You do realize that the guy who comes back is just going to think you're some yuppie moron who has no idea how to take care of anything himself, right? He's not going to see you as strong, he's going to see you as the pathetic douchebag you are.

IMHO, and pretty much everyone else's here taking care of it yourself is what a real American man would do. Whining about it like a little girl is unfortunately what America is turning into.

Obviously, because you can't even change your own battery you can't be bothered to clean up a little bit of oil. In the amount of time you spent posting in this thread you could probably have made a significant dent in cleaning up the spot.

If you were smart enough to afford a nice home, I hoped you would have had the common sense to figure out who to call. Call the tow truck company, they caused the mess.

No offense to the OP, but that was the first thing I thought too.
It's easy to just call AAA and say.... "Hey guys.. one of your drivers damaged my driveway.. help?"

I wish I had nothign to do with my time. Must be nice.

Where do you live that half of a million is alot? That gets you a 1000 sqft ranch in the "nice part of town". Hell, that won't even get you a quarter of an acre on the water where I live.

You can get a nice studio condo here.

Sounds like you also got ripped off for the battery. I didn't pay nearly as much for AAA service to replace mine.

You have issues because i'm uppity...????? LMAO.

My goal is to be always in pursuit of uppityness. Money is the equalizer. No one in my family is never going to have to worry about the best health care. Call me spoiled/douchebad/uppity prick or whatever. Some other people call it drive/ambition/success. I don't show off. My daily drive is a Maxima.

Look, I don't have ESP.. I didn't know if it was a bad battery, my alternator or starter. THAT'S WHY YOU CALL AAA. Unless you're a mechanic. I am not. It's not that I don't want to change it battery, I didn't know if that battery was the problem. YOU THICK SHIT !

AND FOR THE STAIN, he spent half hour stomping on it and washing it down and it didn't make a difference. (you said you think it takes 30 seconds to clean.) NO, IT'S GOING TO BE A RELATIVELY BIG TASK...BIG FOR ME BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW HOW. The whole reason I posted this is because AS I SAID, he put kitty litter on it and TRIED and it's still really bad. They will probably send someone with the right stuff to clean it, right ? And it shouldn't cost me a cent. Doesn't matter if im rich/poor/whatever. It's the principle of it. Would you be as aggravated at me if i lived in a $200,000 2 bedroom house and broke. I'm sure half of ATOT would have been lobbying for me in that case.

PLEASE read and absorb the facts, let them churn around a little even. Half of these responses are horsecrap.

And why should I care what the guy thinks of me when he comes back. I really don't give a shit.. or even 2 shits or 3.

There's a huge difference between being a prick and being ambitious. You sound like far more of the former and far less of the latter. Why else do you feel the need for validation? You come in here and start posting about how the AAA guy ruined your half million dollar home's driveway. Nobody gives a fuck that your house costs half a million, but clearly YOU give a fuck and want everyone to know. Loud money is the worst kind of money and you've got loud money written all over you.

It's a stain in your driveway. Why not use some of that "ambition" or "drive" and figure out how to clean it up? You could have been done by now rather than wasting some towing guy's time to come out and try and clean it again. FYI, the towing guy doesn't really give a fuck and if you call him back out (a) he's not going to expend any effort fixing it and (b) he's probably going to shit on your lawn.

As for the principle, the guy tried to clean it up. He was there for your car, not to make sure your driveway remained as spotless as your kitchen counter-top. Again, why not take some of that drive and fix your problem by yourself instead of whining to someone else to do it? What if the AAA had run over part of your lawn and damaged it? Would you want him to come over and resod it? Just fixing the damn problem yourself instead of going all emo on us.

PLEASE understand that this is just a stain and if you weren't such an idiot you could clean it yourself.

edit: You also got ripped off on your battery. Congrats.
