If you can shop for retail merchandise at your local Exchange, you are authorized to order from the Catalog and Exchange Online Store.

IMHO stateside exhange shopping prices are not HOT deals. Some may be warm since there's no tax, but the pricing isn't as good as the "loss leader" items at regular retail stores. ymmv
