Well im having some issues iwth my mobo, mostly software... so here is start with my specs
Abit AV8
AMD 64 3200+
2x512 PDP patriot ram 3200 2-2-2
XFX 6800 dual DVI
zalman 7700cu ... its big.... and heavy heheh
anyways with the questions..
on the CD theres a AMD 64 driver or something, then i try to load it it says my computer doesnt support 64 bit procs? hmmm
and 2nd, i load uguru software, and i keep getting the msg saying. log in as adminitrator and run this once!, well i am the computer admin under windows.... and i run it... but i cant even get into u guru and whatnot....none of the uguru utilities work
next, when i press the button to shut down my machine, (on the case lol) it doesnt do anything, i gotta go to the start menu and turn it off manually. and once it shuts down, it doesnt do it completely, it gives me that screen saying it is now safe to shut down your computer... bla bla bla.
and lastly, on my 7700CU, it SHOULD be capable of running around 2000 rpms, but when my fan controller is maxed out, the most i can get is 1200 rpm, i have turned off the abit fan eq and its still being lame..... any ideas?
other than that its working well so far.
i appreciate any help

CPUZ is reporting my memory is in dual chan mode (using dimm slots 1 and 2) which i think is right... isnt it? but ALSO, its telling me i have 2 gigs of ram... and i only have 1.... if only it was true....
