I would suggest you look at "Cedar Mill" Celeron D chips because those are on the 65nm process and have double the cache at 512k. I picked up a Celeron D 347 for $46 plus shipping at eWiz. Just look for the 512k cache Celeron D chips.
Haha, AMD hides this under "other chipsets." Guess they don't really want to admit to making a chipset for Intel CPUs.

I take that to mean there may be a cheaper version that doesn't do 1066MHz, not that there's one that drops support for 533MHz.Supports Front Side Bus (FSB) speeds 533, 800, and 1066MHz*.
*Note: Not all variants support all FSB speeds
