Abit has had some periods of production where their quality control has suffered. If you talk to system builders, you'll find that their RMA rate is higher than most other mobo manufacturers. Nonetheless, if you want all the latest OCing features, they're one ways to go to be sure. I've used several Abit boards and had both good ones and bad ones. I'm currently using a KT7A non-RAID and quite like it. However, the first thing I did was check to see that all the PCI slots, DIMM slots and fan headers worked. Luckily, it appears I got a good one. Their policy of charging 25 bux for an RMA is really BS tho, in my opinion. But I can't complain about their attention to BIOS updates. They seem to be on top of that aspect.
