My video,sound,and NIC are all sharing.how do i disable IRQ steering in Win2k and set up the Bios?

are you sure you want to? win2k natively assigns multiple pieces of hardware to the same irq (something that would never hold up under any 9x OS).

unless you have good reason to mess with the irq's, i wouldn't suggest it

For the most part, you're stuck with what you have set. Win2K doesn't like changing IRQ's because it has so much more to consider when doing so than Win9x. Plus, sounds like you have ACPI running anyway, where everything's shared:
