This game is coming out soon and i want it very badly, however im not sure if my computer can run it. The requirements say that it needs a Direct X 8.0 complient card, does that mean i need a card with vertex shaders,etc. Or will my Geforce 2 ultra still run it?

I don't think that there's any chance that it truly requires a card that supports the vertex shaders. I don't think that they'd target the game at what, 1-2% of the computer owning public, if even that?

I'm sure your card should be fine. Most cards are DirectX 8.0 compliant, but they don't provide support for ALL of the features. If you want to be really 100% accurate, even GeForce 4's aren't (since they don't support the 1.4 vertex shaders!), so I don't think that you've got any worries.
