Allright - i cannot seem to find a definitive answer to this anywhere. If you own CD's from a music club such as Columbia House or BMG, can you legally resell those. They do have a disclaimer when you join but that says they are for club members only and not for resale. I would have assumed that once you buy it that it is your legal copy to do with what you please (under right of first sale) or is this incorrect?
Reason, i'm asking is that i've got some i'd like to eBay and I see them up on there all the time but I am unsure of the legality of this. Thanks.
