I just saw an infomercial on this - it's very interesting. It's a little pad that you can tie to your abs, and it sends electrical pulses to your abs, contracting them so your abs would be stronger and your stomach smaller. The abtronic claims that using it for 10 minutes is like doing "600 sit-ups." The company said that all you have to do is sit on your fat ass and have the abtronic do all of the work. I'm really skeptical of body toning machines that says you don't have to do put forth any effort - just put it on while watching tv. But they did demonstrate how the abtronic works and I could see the abs actually contracting when the machine was turned on. So does anyone know FOR SURE that these little miracles actually work?
