I called to check on my "shipped" order today. Live chat said sorry I can't connect to customer database. The phone number she gave me said voice mail for this address full, stay on line for operator... when operator picked up recording said "you are disconnected".
I'm worried this company has financial problems and is playing the float with incoming order funds to buy the software. Or perhaps (apologies to all worthy academics on this thread) they are fuzzy-headed former professors who can't think in business terms.
